Our daily cut-off time for same-day shipping (Mon-Fri) is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following working day (Nb. orders placed after 4pm Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will not be despatched until Monday). Please take a few moments to read the information contained below for further details of delivery to your specific area.
Using UPS and Royal Mail we are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and a Standard 2-5 Working Day delivery.We can despatch orders to your home or work place.
Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for the Saturday AM Service. Please note: Our Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery.If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery. Within our Checkout is the facility to add specific delivery instructions.For example: 'If no answer, please leave with neighbours'. For your information, we dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays.
If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday.
Additional Delivery Information:
When an order is placed on our Next Day Delivery service before 4pm Monday to Thursday you should receive your goods the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm Thursday, but before 4pm on Friday, should be received on Monday (except Bank Holidays). Meanwhile, if you place your order after 4pm Friday, on Saturday or Sunday, you should not expect to receive your goods until Tuesday.
Delivery Method
All goods are despatched via our courier, UPS or Royal Mail on the quickest possible delivery service. You will be able to track your delivery using your tracking e-mail. Delivery can be expected any time between 08:30 and 17:30, Mon-Fri (except Bank Holiday).

For the avoidance of any doubt we do not offer delivery to the Channels Islands, Switzerland, Norway, Madeira/the Azores (Portugal), or destinations outside of Europe. PLEASE NOTE:- Orders being shipped to Denmark must be delivered to a Business Address and not Residential.
All other countries remain unaffected and can be delivered to either business or residential
